- It's a primal thing, I feel, to want to make music. Like many people I am one of those who says that if I had time I'd love to learn an instrument. I'll make the time.
- My daughter is a pianist and has a number of music books - and I have a basic keyboard - so all the necessary resources are in place
- I reckon I will need a teacher only for the 6 weeks prior to the exam; the first grade exam is easy enough that I can learn the basics from the books.
- My next step is to acquire the books and start the first lesson.
