- I have fasted - ie consumed water only - for 3 whole days but that was a few years ago. I believe water fasting allows your body the time time to cleanse and do some basic spring cleaning without having to do the hard work of digestion.
- It's best to work up to it - single days followed by double days then treble until you reach the Big One.
- I don't need many resources - the support of my wife will be enough - but I may read some stuff I used to read as inspiration.
